Anti-spilling skirtboards are used for sealing between the conveyor belt and the chute, as well as between the impact bed and the chute. Installation methods mainly include butterfly nut type and handle type, directly mounted on the lower edge of the conveyor chute.

Polyurethane anti-spilling skirtboards are installed quickly using angle aluminum and clamps. Installation instructions:

1. The angle aluminum (40mm×40mm) is formed in one pressing, made of full aluminum with an H-shaped appearance, rust-free. It is a cylindrical column locked inside the clamp and does not fall off.

2. The clamp base is welded to the outer side of the chute. The slide rail extends into the base, allowing the clamp to move left or right appropriately along the base.

3. Manually rotate the tightening handle and push it up (or down) to the bottom as appropriate, applying sufficient pressure to the angle aluminum to secure the skirtboard position. The tightening handle will not loosen or fall off.

4. The clamp is hot-dip galvanized, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and rust-free.

5. The fastening bolts are made of stainless steel 304, rust-free, suitable for dark, damp, or even briefly water-flushed environments.

6. Except for the initial installation where the clamp base requires electric welding, all other steps and future skirtboard replacements require no tools, making installation and removal convenient and fast.
